First Yoga, Then Work


Let's face it, as passionate as we may be about the work we do, many of us are terrible to our bodies. It's tough to get motivated to exercise, stretch and balance our brain work with our physical work on our own, so we thought why not do it together? This is also an opportunity to meet and enrich our sense of community.
You're invited to our "first yoga then work" free pilot class, taught by Carrie!

Date: Tuesday December 1st at 8 am

Location: 220 Victoria Dr. Vancouver, BC

If the turnout is good I will continue teaching this class every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 8 am at a reasonable cost.
